dmkedm - agree with you on Summerhouse. Pretty setting, but the prices were a bit high. I agree Disney trips aren't about saving money, lol, but some things just don't feel right. The cookies at Gideons are half pound each, so easy to be multiple eating sessions for most people (Chris ate all of his first one at one time).
Lamina - Summer House seems to do oatmeal cookies very well, with a number of varieties. The chocolate chip one paled compared to Gideon's. Many others look like basic sugar cookies with different icing, so those didn't appeal at all - and we didn't try any of them.
