We’ll be down that week and will be trying for AK Moonlight Magic. Anyone else?
Does anyone know do we book online or is it a phone call? Also, how quickly do the spots get scooped up generally?

The spots go QUICKLY so be in the que early. We missed 2024 but saw dates posted for 2025, so we are going to try and make one of those next year.
Typically you go to the website and they give you all the info. I remember last time we had to be online at a specific time after joining a que or something??

You need to be online before 11am. Everyone already on at that time is put randomly into a virtual queue. If you join after 11am you go to the back of the queue.
If you have a qualifying stay you should get an email with a link. Don’t rely on it though. The Moonlight Magic page on the website will have a register button.
And once you’re in the queue, stay in it. Don’t leave, even when it says it’s sold out. Just stay on for at least 20 minutes after that message.
I don’t think there’s been a single registration in the last couple of years when the system hasn’t glitched and put up the “sold out” message early. Every single time, some of those who stayed on has got a place.

In addition to what nickys posted, make sure you have your 12 digit membership id number handy. You will enter this to begin the registration process. You don't need to be logged on to the DVC Member website, nor do you need your room registration confirmation numbers. If you don't get the email, they should add the link to the page linked below sometime after 9 am eastern on registration date. disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/discounts-perks-offers/member-events/moonlight-magicAlso, for those that have to try to register during the general registration period, they don't send emails out prior to those. |

In addition to what nickys posted, make sure you have your 12 digit membership id number handy. And, in case you have more than one membership, be sure you're using the Member ID for the contract under which your reservation is booked. |

If any fellow magicowners will be there on 10/24 and be willing to get two extra tickets I’d be eternally grateful  . I’m hoping to get our limit of eight but we have two friends at CBR that I would love to bring. |

I'm hoping to get it - did it once before (at AK) with a friend who doesn't have an annual pass. This time will be with SB & we both have APs but I figured what the heck - our park reservations will all be Epcot (for Food & Wine), so this will be a chance to do a bit of Animal Kingdom.
Good to know the virtual queue must be joined by 11 - I was wondering about that as I couldn't remember the last time. No email here, and as I recall, never got an email last time either. We'll be at BWV Oct 20-25, so hoping to get Oct 24th.
