I really love Candlelight Processional. Last time we saw Gary Sienese and he was fantastic. Lately it seems like Whoopi Goldberg Berg is the narrator during our fixed week. Until she moves on, won’t be paying to hear her.

Looks like we will be seeing Sterling K Brown, which is great. Now to decide with our travel companions which restaurant. I'm leaning Biergarten, it's been probably 20 years since we dined there, or Garden Grill.
I got a little excited seeing Jodi Benson on there, until I remembered we aren't back at Epcot until the 31st.

You all have got me so excited! The Candlelight Processional has always been one of our favorite Disney Christmas activities, so I am hatching a little plot.
DH has a work trip to Nashville Dec 14th/15th that I was thinking of joining him on. If I go I would love to surprise him on the way home with a stop for a couple days of a little Disney Christmas magic.
It looks like I can get a mileage ticket for me, so that’s good. I checked on a DVC room for the 16th/17th, There were none available (as expected), but I was able to grab a couple nights on Hilton points at the Hilton at Disney Springs, so good there. We will have renewed our Annual Passes by then, so we are good there. The blockout dates don’t start until 12/19, so good there as well!
We have not been to the Candlelight Processional since the pre-covid days and were usually able to get in by waiting in the “stand by” line. I don’t think that works anymore, and I certainly don’t want to leave it to chance. This means I will need to buy the dinner package. Since this is something I have not done before, will I be able to purchase the package if we are not staying at a Disney Hotel? Is the Oct 29th date good for everyone or just those staying on site? Any advice on this will be most appreciated.
Thanks so much!

Package booking is subject to the regular 60 day window, so as long as your desired date is 60 days or less from 10/29, you can try to book.

I haven't done that in years. So we go on the site, and it pops up? Do I need to log in at 7 a.m. because it is competitive?
