So BEFORE Jan 9th, if I want to enter a park after 2pm with AP, I don't need any kind of reservation? Like maybe the day we fly in. We sometimes don't go to a park, but if we have AP we would often go there just for a little bit.
Exception is MK on weekend. Is it "Saturday and Sunday" or just "Saturday". (We have been kind-of skipping MK on weekends anyway)

We used to fly in, unpack (or at least get our stuff in the room), then head to MK...but not go into MK, but rather take the boat to Ft Wilderness to go eat at Trail's End. Then boat back to MK and wander around for a bit. Well, can't do the Trail's End part anymore.

I am the least picky eater that I know and it was horrible. French toast sticks were like wood (like taking a frozen French toast stick and microwaving it for 3 minutes). Potato barrels deep fried so long that no potato’s inside. Just crunchy outer portion. Biscuit super thick. Super sad going from the best breakfast out there to the worst.

Just checked into BLT and have no internet. Spent last night at Kidani with no issues. Currently using the hot spot on my phone but this ridiculous. Any advice?
Coming back to report that after 2 days internet is “fixed”. Turns out that our room was not supposed to have a modem but did so I guess it was a matter of too many modems and it was interfering with the signal we were supposed to get.
For future reference if you have internet issues call 56 on the room phone to report.

Question? I have several email addresses and one is a Microsoft. A @msn that they now call Outlook. Had had it forever, I use it for basically when I don’t want to share my other addresses. Stuff from stores, sign ups etc. lately the past several months I have been getting a single code access email to my default address if I forgot my password and needed to reset it. Of course it says, if you did not request this, don’t worry someone may have typed in the wrong email address. BS, you don’t wake up in the morning and see 4-5 of this sent throughout the night. I’m not the only one, husband has it on his. Daughter who lives in another state says she’s been getting them too. What I noticed is that things that normally would go to junk are showing up in my regular mail. And I mean some of those funky ones that go to junk. This is after all those don’t worry if it wasn’t you. And not one or two, you would think I was in my junk folder. So the question is, anyone with a msn or Microsoft address hotmail or whatever having this issue? There’s no way to contact Microsoft to ask or make aware , I have searched if there is it escaped me. but what part of having day after day numerous emails being sent sometimes within minutes doesn’t send a red flag into their systems? I don’t think necessarily someone is trying to hack my email, more like if they get a message an access code was sent to your email at xxxxx. Blah.com they block out most of it. Then the spammers know it’s a live address to spam. Could be wrong, I’m far from being tech savvy. Just my detective mind thinking, lol. Thoughts? I’m ready to shut it down of course the emails newsletters etc I would have to then deal with, plus is there a simple way to shut it down, haha.

Yes, I noticed similar things this past week with my hotmail account. I also just mainly use it for shopping sites, and assorted things like grocery stores signups, the pet apps, facebook, etc. This week have been getting lots of weird phishing types of emails about purchases, resetting passwords, etc. I figured some site I'd used this email for had been hacked, but maybe it's a hotmail/outlook thing? I just keep sending them to junk and hope that'll be enough. I could drop the email totally if I had to, but I would have to do a bit of changing acct info at various places.

Well I’m not the only one. That’s basically what I use it for same for the notices, certain emails I do want to get I would have to change a lot. it’s the ridiculous amount of emails that I get to reset my pw with a code to my default email that they send that to that leads me to suspicion. Considering most of the time I wake up to the emails are in the middle of the night. Leads me to believe it’s coming from overseas. Isn’t there a red flag switch, that something seems odd especially when a bunch of people are involved, it’s not one person.

When things get weird, I sometimes take it as a good time to ask myself, "When was the last time I changed all my passwords?" And make sure you don't use the same password for multiple places; if/when somebody gets it somehow, they will simply plug it in to all the other places they know you go to.

Question about Tower of Terror theming:
I had read here that the theming on this attraction was great and a must-do, so I decided to do it, but didn't want to go on the ride itself.
The front lobby was interesting. Then the room with the Twilight Zone clip. After that, a line snaked through a basement from a mid-century hotel.
And then that was it. There were elevators that I was told were the ride. And I took another elevator to exit.
I must have missed something, because this was definitely underwhelming.
For those who have done this ride, what did I do wrong? Or is that it?
Cheers.

For those who have done this ride, what did I do wrong? Or is that it? Cheers. I think the theming begins as you approach the hotel. It's large, ominous and clearly in need of some TLC. The music as you walk through the courtyard sets the era. As you enter, you see that the place is deserted. Why? You don't know yet, but you're about to find out. For TZ dorks like me, the lobby has multiple references to TZ episodes. You enter the library...lightning...lights go out...tv comes on, and you learn why the hotel is abandoned. And you also learn that you are about to take the same journey as the ghost who haunt the hotel did while in human form on their last day of existence in 1939. The secret door opens and you enter the basement on your way to the elevator. I do see how not doing the ride part could be underwhelming. The build up/anticipation as you go through the queue, the library and the basement are great when the payoff is the dropping elevator is to me, the best in WDW.

You did it right.....except you got on the wrong elevator.
I do think that missing the rest of the ride, before the drop also adds to the experience.
