Or if you have extra MBs, I believe you can reassign them to your parents.

This is a stupid question because we’ve been members over 20 years and I still don’t have a good grasp on borrowing. We have a December use year. For 2023 we have zero points left. For December 2024 we have 27 points left. If I needed to can I borrow from our December 2025 use year now? Thanks! When are you looking to travel? That's always the question. Your 2023 UY just started. You cannot dip into 2025 UY until your travel starts within the 2024 UY, which is Dec 2024. Our trip is October 2024, so that answers my question. Thanks for the answer, even if it’s not what I was hoping for.

You can do OTUP at 7 months though.

You can do OTUP at 7 months though. Basically, because this is still in your 2023 UY, you can use any 2023 points, of course, which are 0. And you can only pull from one year forward, so only the UY 2024 points that you mentioned.
Cheers.

When is the Shareholders meeting announced for the year? For the last several years, the date was announced between mid Jan and early Feb.

Ok stupid question here LOL. I have had automatic withdrawal ( monthly) for my dues for quite some time. If I want to pay them off, can I charge them on a CC? Or do they have to be debited from a checking account? TIA!

Or do they have to be debited from a checking account? TIA! I’m pretty sure you can use a credit card to pay it off at any time. You may need to select “pay by contract” - even if you only have one. (It might be worded slightly differently, eg select by contract).

Good question cause I paid them online and then happened to callGuest Services to ask about Monthly Auto Pay for next year thinking it would accrue in advance but the explanation they can’t factor in dues and maintenance until next year so I could either pay dues before January 15, 2024 with credit or debit card. Oh well it’s the only reason I keep my DAY ONE Disney Visa and I forgot to use the Disney reward to pay down Hope I remeber next year ! I think they expire expire, right? Better doublecheck ….

You can make a payment in advance at any time. I did that in June when I rented out some points. I went in and paid the amount I’d just got for the rental - just over 50% of the dues. It showed in my account as a credit, and my statement showed the balance that was due.

The new "interactive" "smart" televisions they have put in the rooms lately...do they have some sort of audio-out? Like a headphone jack mostly, or possibly the red/white RCA connectors that you still occasionally see. Just got to wondering.

Okay I've asked this a couple other years, too: Dues are due 1/15, but I can pay them as late as 2/14 (or whatever) with no consequence? I don't want to lose any trips I might have booked.

Yes you can. The “past due date” is the 14th February, and this is when they add a late payment fee to your account. And you won’t lose reservations immediately after that either.
