I mentioned enjoying the corn on the cob from a snack cart in Animal Kingdom on another thread. A couple of people asked about it. I found this little blurb from Disney Food Blog to identify the cart. I enjoy it best with the African spices - sometimes asking for extra foil to keep it wrapped up and taking it up to Flame Tree BBQ as a side for a meal there. It is super convenient to grab after a safari or coming back from Rafiki's planet watch.

Evidently others like this corn as well. There were several links to different guest copy cat recipes for making the corn. This one caught my eye. I think I'll try making this sometime at home.
