I mentioned enjoying the corn on the cob from a snack cart in Animal Kingdom on another thread. A couple of people asked about it. I found this little blurb from Disney Food Blog to identify the cart. I enjoy it best with the African spices - sometimes asking for extra foil to keep it wrapped up and taking it up to Flame Tree BBQ as a side for a meal there. It is super convenient to grab after a safari or coming back from Rafiki's planet watch. Photo credit Disney Food Blog Evidently others like this corn as well. There were several links to different guest copy cat recipes for making the corn. This one caught my eye. I think I'll try making this sometime at home. www.tiktok.com/@bethanyvinton/video/6918783422747938053?lang=en

We love Mexican Street Corn. I imagine this is similar…but with African flavors. Will definitely try it!

I love me some corn but unfortunately it has to be off the cob.
Thanks for the recommendation though. My DD loves the Mexican street corn at Epcot so she may like this too.

That cart was very popular at Moonlight Magic. It counted as a snack coupon. They also had Mickey Pretzels.

What kind of street corn is not from the cob?
I mean it is from the cob but they saw it off and grill it?

What kind of street corn is not from the cob? I mean it is from the cob but they saw it off and grill it? For me to be able to eat it it would have to be grilled and then sawed off the cob. Dental issues.
