I haven't read this whole thread so forgive me if this is a repeat.
I love the movie The Greatest Showman. I love the soundtrack. It's on Disney+ DH really liked it too as did my mom and step dad. It's really not what we normally like either, but we both really like this movie. I could sit down and watch if over and over again. There are a few movies that I will do that with, but not very many.

I just finished the first season of Based On A True Story. It’s on Peacock. Very funny and quirky. Tom Bateman does an amazing job as the serial killer. Loved Kaley Cuoco too. Warning though, there is a lot of swearing, sex scenes and bloody imagery. Not for the faint of heart. The season ends with a cliffhanger of course. Waiting for season 2 to see what happens.

I watched The Last of Us. I am not into Zombie shows. My son told me to watch. It was pretty good and I enjoyed watching. If it keeps going, I can easily get bored with it (but that is with any show that runs a ton of seasons ).
I will go so far as to say that "excellent" may not be strong enough for Night Agent. Compelling story and fabulous character development. We were mildly hooked at the first episode and all in with #2. Brilliant.
Cheers.
Thank you Guys. Now, just to make time to watch them! We just watched the first episode of Night Agent and loved it. Hopefully at least episode #2 (and 3) this weekend.

In this series she is pregnant so I am not sure if you are interested in nude pregnant women.

"Fubar" on Netflix.
Arnold in a comedy action role, a genre at which he excels. This is really very much fun.
Still amusing to watch this and think that that was once our Governator. And a pretty good one at that.
Cheers.

Cheers.

May I assume that he also watched the short mini-documentary about Arnold? We have it in our queue but have not watched yet. We saw one on Bill Gates that was fabulous, so trust Netflix to do a good job with these.
Cheers.

This weekend, DW and I watched and enjoyed the first episode of Season 2 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds on Paramount+. DW and I just started watching the first season a couple of days ago. Having grown up on the original series I'm surprised by how much I like this rendition. We've been watching a couple of episodes every night. In fact, I think it's time to turn the tv on right now.

I find myself losing interest in and patience for shows a lot more lately. Started a few that I just don't think I'll finish, didn't peak my interest enough The Diplomat-so far, she's mostly silly. Maybe it gets more intriguing, but after 3 episodes, will likely stop, unless someone here has watched and recommends to get going.
Marcella-first season good enough for keeping the viewer guessing as to the killer, ,but still sometimes tedious, with maybe too many secondary characters getting too much screen time. Skipped second season as I don't watch shows/movies w kids being the victims, if I can help it, and know about it. Started the 3rd season, and probably missed some important stuff in the second season. so far, not impressed enough to keep going, but maybe. ALso, don't completely like her character, so there's that. Guess we should care about the main character.
The Sinner-will probably keep on with this one, but find myself fast forwarding through a lot of scenes, reminds me of Mare of Easttown.
the Silo-still enjoying. it's a bit slow too, but keeping my interest,
Fear the Walking dead---slogging through this final season just to see how everyone ends up. THe last 2 seasons have been awful, but I want to know what happens to several of them, if it'll tie into any of the original Walking Dead.
DH bought the new Dungeons/Dragons movie on DVD, and has made all of us watch it. He really enjoyed it. I have to admit, I did too by the end. It starts off silly, which I know is the point, but by the end, I was really enjoying it, way more than expected. Overall very good.
New Wanda Sykes stand up show. HIlarious!!! She has a great bit about public bathrooms, and after our most recent trip to Universal/Disney/Florida, etc. it's even more hilarious.
Will probably watch Fubar, and the Arnold documentary. Been watching his movies since Conan/Terminator/Predator days.

Still amusing to watch this and think that that was once our Governator. And a pretty good one at that. Don't know what comedy bit it was on many years ago but all I hear in my head, in my best Arnold accent, is "I am the president of California!"
