2. Table service restaurant - The Boathouse at Disney Springs - delicious menu
3. Quick service restaurant - Satu’li Centeen - fun and good
4. Snack location - stand outside FoP for drinks and pineapple snack thingies
5. Bar or lounge - Trader Sams - 2 shots of rum!

6. Buffet - Boma, Crystal Palace

My answers are not exact and some are situational so I may have a couple answers for each (Did I just break your rules?)
1. Signature restaurant - Monsieur Paul - Just a great Date night but since it has not reopened I will Say Topolino's
2. Table service restaurant - Situational. For a good TS meal at a good price it is Via Napoli. For the Dinner we enjoy a whole lot it is Sanaa
3. Quick service restaurant - This changes. Used to be Flame Tree but quality has went down. Liberty Tree? maybe? The best quality is Sunshine Seasons in The Land
4. Snack location - one of the festival stations in Epcot. Usually involves scallops...
5. Bar or lounge - Situational again. Dawa bar in AK is a go to. Pool par at GF is a must. And for a date night it is Abracadabra Bar

1. Signature-Artist Point, went several years ago and had a fantastic meal
2. Table service-Trail’s End, Boma, Sci-Fi Diner
3. Quick service-Flame Tree BBQ, Primo Piatto
4. Snack-churro cart, ice cream cart for Mickey ice cream sandwich, Epcot festival booths
5. Bar/Lounge-Trader Sam’s, Geyser Point, Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar

No rules really! I'm just a "people person," and love to hear how other people "do Disney." I should have added a category for buffets, but I forgot. I'm going to pull menus from some of the most-recommended restaurants to see what I'm missing...

1. Signature restaurant - Flying Fish, a distant second would be Tiffin’s in AK
2. Table Service - Breakfast/Brunch: Grand Floridian Cafe, Trattoria al Forno (try the breakfast pizza), Home Coming
Lunch/Dinner: Geyser point, Beaches and Cream, Big River, Boathouse bar, Skippers Canteen
3. Quick service - Booths at whatever the Epcot Festival of the week is, Sunshine Cafe in The Land.
4. Snacks - Chips and Guacamole in La Cava, Ice cream at Salt and Straw
5. Bars - La Cava, Bellevue in BWV, Boat house, Nomad lounge
Note: We use to do a late lunch at Rose and Crown sharing a Fish and Chips and an app while enjoying a Boddingtons on a warm afternoon. This would have fit in several of the categories but alas the menu change seems to have screwed this up.

Hmmmm...this is a good one.. Signature - Le Cellier Steakhouse...great steaks, ambiance, chocolate mouse for kids, maple creme brûlée...Brown Derby - Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake...OMG!! Cali Grill at fireworks time Table - Ohana - PRE-COVID & Kona Cafe - PRE-COVID just for the Tonga Toast...  . Quick - Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie for literally almost anything on the menu. Sleepy Hollow Waffle Sandie ...Also, Earl Of Sandwich Snack - Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie - The large Mickey shaped Macarons..BOOM BABY! And of course Dole Whip...  Bar Lounge - Territory Lounge is AWESOME....Geyser Point (is this technically a Bar Lounge) it used to have the best burger on property. I would add as a buffet as an additional category.. Buffet - HANDS DOWN...Boma!!! |

Always BOMA. The atmosphere, the food, the giraffes
3. Quick service restaurant
Peco Bill. If they still have the works bar. Good value and makes everyone happy.
4. Snack location.
EPCOT LOUNGE. Lol. Sit, recharge, free snack!
5. Bar or lounge
None, not a draw for us. Someday when we flip to grown up trips.

2. Table service restaurant - Sanaa (Lunch is my favorite as their burger is delicious and the Na'an bread appetizer is amazing)
3. Quick service restaurant - Pecos Bills (can't beat the taco trio)
4. Snack location - Karmel Kouche in Germany
5. Bar or lounge - haven't really spent any time at these locations

1. Signature restaurant - California Grill - we've timed it with MK fireworks & great fun
2. Table service restaurant - Garden Grill - we loved this pre-Covid for breakfast as we could get into the park early & have a good breakfast followed by Soarin & the Land; for lunch/dinner we enjoy Skipper's Canteen for slightly more adventurous menu and ambiance. Also tried Biergarten for the first time during Covid and while I admit the food is not my favorite cuisine, the entertainment was great and fun atmosphere.
3. Quick service restaurant - Flame Tree BBQ - different food options from some of the standards and good seating options with view/covered
4. Snack location - Sleepy Hollow - fruit waffle is sooo good!
5. Bar or lounge - EPCOT lounge to relax, recharge
