If it doesn't give you an option and you are logged in, I'd say the answer is no. I just renewed a week ago myself so no help. Looks like I'll have to call. I have the 407-566-3800, option 1 number from the webpage. ARGH. You call MS, the number you listed is just the non toll free number.

do AP's include photopass again? I was offered the option to add on photopass when buying the AP's, but declined. We don't need 3 photopasses- can go back and just buy one. But my disney app on my phone popped up an alert about having a new photopass. Though that certainly could be a Disney IT related bug. They don't. The CM I talked with also gave me that option and asked which one I wanted the PhotoPass added to, knowing that it just needs to be on one of the APs. I went ahead and added it on. it's an extra $99.
ok- just strange app message then. Online, you could only buy a photopass for all AP's or none, so I'll just need to add one to one of our AP's over the phone later once things settle down.

For those of you were trying to buy on line this morning welcome to the Disney IT hell that anyone gets that tries to enter a Run Disney event. My wife routinely starts checking the web page an hour before they are suppose to open incase they screw up and open early (not uncommon) and then a few minutes before the time she starts popping open browser screens and typically has 2 or 3 open in both Safari and chrome until she finishes the process. There seems to be no rhyme or reason on which ones get in first but one or two will get in way before the other ones. I signed up for the half the other day. Clicked on it one minute before 10AM. Was in the cue for 45 minutes, but at least I got signed up. All races sold out in 45 minutes. Crazy!

You could add how ever many you want without it to your cart without it and then once at your cart go back a page. Then add one with it and you'll have them separated now.

I haven’t read the last 50 odd posts but the earlier ones I did read, folks were none too happy about things….. My precious just spend a little over 45 minutes total, with no wait to speak to a real person, to buy our APs. We each had 3 separate tickets, 6 total, to exchange for our new passes. We’re getting a gift card for $56 to reimburse us for the extra.

I had read the same thing so I was quite surprised when sweetie told me what she had done.

Just chiming in to add that the Mouse got their money today from us. 4 APs, totally changing our June plans. Already dropped SSR, for currently a split between BWV and AKL Kidani. May change it up more. Lots of planning to do now, park reservations, etc, since before was just a resort only stay. DH was logged in before 6, but had several hours of dwarves, etc. but by 9:01 CST, he had them bought online, yippee! Would LOVE to know how much money they made today with these.

After experiencing one of those days where everything seems karamically craptastic (yesterday) and sleeping on it, I realized I should buy new passes, not renew them. For about 24 hours I lost the joy of planning and going on a WDW vacation--no sarcasm--I do enjoy planning it. We're not going until August, so if we activate them then, we can use them next summer which is how we used to buy them and use them two summers. That stoppage of AP sales had me just thinking renew, renew. I purchased two Sorcerer passes this morning online. No phone call--love it. Now, if my school gets the calendar figured out for next school year, I may also work in a trip at fall break--fingers crossed for a week off Halloween week.

Thanks for the great discussion on here. It convinced me to purchase annual passes for the first time for our family of 6! We usually have one long trip or a couple medium-sized trips each year. We are going to try to make it 4 times over the next 12 months now. Double the magic!

Did anyone use gift cards to buy their APs? I'd seen somewhere that you can only use one gift card when buying APs online. Given that gift cards can only hold $1,000 each that would preclude me from being able to buy an AP (the Incredipass) online. Does anyone have experience that would contradict this? Do I have to call next week in order to buy an AP? I actually need 5 of them so using gift cards from Target would save me quite a bit of money.

I think I read where they only allow one gift card per annual pass. So this person had to make six individual purchases of AP’s to use the six gift cards she had.

I bought 2 AP's on the 13th. It was an adventure multi-tasking at work. Entered the virtual queue and said over an hour wait with only 10 minutes to enter the queue once it's your turn. Of course, right in the middle of a conference call at work that I had to actively participate in. Sooo...on mute I go and purchase the passes. I wanted memory maker on one, but when I added it to my cart it put it on both. I wasn't paying for it on two, so I just didn't get it. I figured I can either add it later (or not) but either way I had the passes. Of course, I later found out that I could add one pass with memory maker to the cart and then go back and add another without. I just didn't have time for that much multi-tasking to see what others were doing. Anyway they are purchased and my park reservations are made for next month. We're just happy to get them in time for our trip.

So if I purchase new AP's, rather than renew, it will change our activation date to October so we'll get two Fall trips as well as the Spring trip. Huh, didn't think of that.
