Hi there. I'm new to this board but had been searching to see if there was any place that helped DVC owners meet each other & potentially sync up while visiting WDW to meet new friends. This post came up & I'm curious if anyone might be able to fill me in with the background or how it works? Thank you in advance. Welcome aboard. Most people here met via now-defunct message board called MouseOwners, where some of us had been around for 10-15 years. Over those years several of us have developed close relationships with others, via discussions here and chatting/texting and often overlapping visits to WDW. In fact, for me personally some of those people are now closer than family. I’m a relative local now (live in Sanford, about 45-55 minutes away from WDW), so now those meets take place just about weekly. If you post dates of your next trip here and/or also post elsewhere on the board, eventually you’ll get to know some of the other members here and hopefully develop some of these friendships as well.
