Skyliner and ECVs

My mother had an ECV a couple years ago. The operators were great and helpful loading her and unloading. The wait time was not too long either. The problem was the weather. Every time we used the skyline, we were stranded due to the weather. The first time we took the skyline from epcot to RR for dinner at topolinos. The ride out was great. When we finished it was raining and they closed the skyline, literally right in front of us. Then told us to take the bus to Epcot (Bus takes us to the front of Epcot, we were staying at BCV so we would have to take the bus to epcot, go through epcot to world showcase, to exit at IG then head back to BC. This would have been too much for my mom, so we opted to wait for the skyline to start running again. It was a really long wait. I wanted to call uber to bring her back to BC and I would have stayed with the scooter, but she did not want that. By the time the skyline started running my mom was really tired and feeling very ill.
