Ugh, I haven't received either AP or DVC email, and I have stays March 11-15 as well as March 28-April 10. I am an Incredipass holder and a blue card member. Could it be that the dates I have are outside the preview windows? I think this is the most frustrating part - it's hard to tell if it is a Disney tech/service issue or not having the right dates. I wish they would be more consistent so we aren't always wondering. March 3-10. No DVC but got AP…I would think with AP you don’t need the room reservation to get that email? Do you normally get pass holder emails? |

I don’t know how accurate this might be, but someone on the DIS has analysed those who’ve received emails for the DVC preview. - MS are saying anyone with a reservation spanning the DVC preview daye(s) should have received an email, but they haven’t been told the date(s)! - Seems that at least one set of dates that coincide between posts he’s read (on the DIS and FB) suggest March 4th to 8th. Guess we have to wait and see if they announce an actual date ahead of Thursday. They might do, now that the deadline has passed for making alterations Others are speculating anything beyond about the 5th for a check in date doesn't seem to be getting it. At least no one who posted past the 5th on a massive FB group I'm in is showing that. If it was only a few day window, I would be surprised truly. Makes little sense to have it for like 1 day or so a month prior to opening. They do that often for D23 - but even theirs is on the 18th (not there for that). We'll have to see. I'll look on the 16th and see if it opens or not for many. I'll have my fingers crossed for AP. At least this trip we're there long enough to hopefully see one date before we leave. ETA: Someone just posted they are there the weekend of the 4th and 5th with no email. So not sure it's even 4-8th. MS is claiming no email means you aren't there for the seemingly just single DVC day. |

But I'm not the one scheduling lol. Hopefully AP will be better - they usually offer more. |

Thought about the fact that we had a reservation March 1-3. Who knows. It was also made with my old email and reservations made with my old email still come there. But, the preview stuff came to my new email. I’d have to dig out my March BCV email to see if I had made the switch. |

We've been passholders for over a decade and never get any of their emails. Is there a unique link included in that email to register? We're going to be there for two weeks in March and are hoping to sign up!

But it could be a random virtual queue to stop people from trying to join hours early. |

I called the VIPassholders and was told while the email should have gone to everyone holding an AP, they can't guarantee the system generates the email properly. When I asked if they could verify my AP and manually send the email, you can guess the answer :/

I have found thanks to people reporting spam likely, some emails are better than others at not blocking on the back end. I've changed my email a few times and finally get AP and DVC emails on the regular. |

I regularly check my Spam filters when something like this is expected to arrive, and it's not landing there. Just another "feature" for Disney IT to add to the backlog, I guess. |

Yep I've always had a problem getting these kinds of e-mails too. For some reason, disney has a hard time with certain people's e-mails, and mine is one of them.

I just tried for the D23 preview as we’ll be there on the 18th. Tickets were gone in minutes. Would’ve been pretty cool.
