Our family decided that since we could once again have APs (ours had expired during Covid), we could do a July birthday/anniversary celebration. Almost all my points were tied up for our November BIG family trip. Also, there was very little available at Boulder Ridge in a studio where we wanted to stay. So we started checking availability several times a day and have been able to piece together 9 days —-3 days from points I had and renting points through a rental service as we could as days became available—One or two days at a time.
My problem—
Who/how can I contact someone to request the same villa be assigned to our multiple reservations, so we do not have to move every couple of days.
I knew I was taking a chance, but figure it will save work on housekeeping to leave us in the same villa. I’m just not sure who to direct my request to. The fax number I find for the Wilderness Lodge always has a note “does not take room requests”
Perhaps a manager for the Wilderness Lodge? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Call MS and ask them to merge your reservations. If they are for consecutive days, they will merge them and make them one reservation. Then, you don’t have to worry about changing rooms. With regards to the part of the reservation using rented points, ask MS to make a note of it in the reservation. Also, check with the front desk when you get there. Good luck!

I have always accomplished merging reservations via email in the Contact Us section of the website. However, I've always had plenty of time to request before going on vacation. If you timeline is short than a phone call would be less stressful. I have seen posters say they've been told they needed a week to 10 days to merge the reservations.

I don’t believe the reservations can be merged. The days reserved with my few points are all on one reservation, but the rented reservations are one and two days each using other members points. Don’t believe I can have reservations from different memberships “merged”.

Even if they can't be formally merged, they can "link" the reservations in their system to note that they are the same and not require move out. I've done this a number of times with various hotels, and quite sure that Disney should be able to do this.
Cheers.

I've done this a number of times with various hotels, and quite sure that Disney should be able to do this. Cheers. This is correct. I have had reservations across three different memberships linked for a continuous stay and have never been required to move. Call MS and ask them to add a note to each reservation, and then also stop at the DVC concierge (or front desk if there isn't a dedicated DVC desk - can't remember for your resort) on your first day to make sure they know your true check out date and that you don't want to do a room change. Sometimes, you'll get a knock or call mid-stay telling you that you're supposed to be out, and then kindly remind them you're on a continuous stay. Sometimes, even if you added your credit card for charging during online check in, it will still need to be reapplied in person at the desk so they can load it to each reservation. Sometimes, your magic band or key card may need to be reactivated for each "new"reservation (ugh!). It is hit or miss, and when it's a miss, it's a bummer to find out while you're in the park or when you come back late and can't get in your room. Chalk all of this up to possible inconvenience (albeit less than having to change rooms) that is unnecessary if one could count on Disney IT!

If you’ve rented points MS cannot add a note to those reservations unless the member themselves request it, for privacy reasons as much as anything else, which makes sense.
But you can ask MS to note on your own reservation that you have a continuing stay and give the other reservation numbers.
We are 50/50 on being able to stay in the same room. Ask at the front desk and they will do what they can to make it happen. Sometimes though it just isn’t possible.

I have two different member numbers. Normally I book with only one set of points (member #), but there was one trip recently where I booked some days on one member # and the remaining on the other. Since both reservation were under my points, they did note a "continuing reservation" on both reservations. I did have to stop by the front desk the morning of the member # change to update my credit card info. Yes, they already had the info...and yes, it was a little inconvenient, but I just did it before we headed out an then didn't have to give it another thought. YMMV.
