It scans all the rental brokerage sites and allows you to filter them based on several criteria, including reservations that are offered for discounted prices. For example, try selecting all the resorts, choose active reservations, and -20%. Leave everything else blank. It will show you any reservation for the room size you have selected that is priced below normal prices (based on the history he's collected by scanning lots of rentals). If you can go at the drop of a hat, there are some amazing deals on here.
