Horseback riding or Segway at Fort Wilderness (think these are going again, would have to double check)
The hot air balloon at Disney Springs
Ditto on family photo sessions, fireworks cruises, animal tours + an add for the behind the seeds tour as fun as well
How about a really personalized experience? You could create a unique scavenger hunt for her, based on the prior family visits that highlight key memories over 16 years of visits. Combine that with a personalized discovery book as the guide for the scavenger hunt. I'm thinking something like the Animal Kingdom Wildlife Explorers, but made specifically for your daughter's favorites over the years that includes all the parks, resorts, etc. That kind of a book, ideally with spaces left to include new photos taken while on the scavenger hunt, could be a treasured memento in years to come for way under the $200 budget.
