And the event at DCA is scheduled for 2/1/2023 (just about two weeks from now) and still no word on booking it.  I thought I read that opened last week. Registration says now closed on the DVC site. Yep, I totally missed it somehow.  Members with reservations started on December 29th and General Registration was January 6th. |

We will be there for the DCA event in Feb. It was by accident that my wife found it (a couple of weeks ago) but it was odd that DVC sent out the email on Friday (the 13th?) announcing the dates when the DCA event was already booked up. This will be our first MM event so looking forward to it. I just wish there was a way that DVC could try and work out the dates that we can take advantage of our Home Site booking of 11-months. Don't mean to sound like a smug DVC Member (I really am not) but I get all sad when I walk by the entrance of VGC and I'm not staying there. Yes . . .I am that 5-year-old that didn't get his toy for Christmas when we go to Disneyland and we are not at our usual room. Nothing wrong with the off-site resorts but I just love walking from Downtown Disney to my room and plop open a beer while looking into DCA.
OMG, I do sound like a smug-DVC Owner. My apologies. Just look for the guy who will be wearing a Blue Disneyland Letter Jacket or In-N-Out Letter Jacket (Yes, I did get my "I" & "O" Letter as I did make Varsity Double-Double from 1984-1986).

Yay, Hollywood Studios Sep 13th coincides with a booked trip. When do they usually open for registration? Registration is often quite close to opening date. |

We are actually there for it this year! First time we've ever been booked for when these will occur. Will be there for the AK event on August 2. Of course, I didn't get the emails, so I'll need to be constantly watching for when they open the registration date and pray that we get in!

I'm glad I saw this post as I am there on February 8th but didn't get the email.
Does anyone know what time registration starts on the 25th? I'm not seeing that listed anywhere. The DVC site just says to check back to that page on the site and click RSVP Online, but doesn't say what time that opens. It has been a few years since I was able to attend one and I can't remember what time it opened back then.

We will be there for May 11. We altered our August trip to be there for the 23 at Typhoon Lagoon. Hope we are able get registered!

I'm going in April and July this year, but missing the MM dates. Of course I'd LOVE to be there for MM, but I've been fortunate to get to two in the past (TL and DHS), so I really can't grumble. I hope all of you who are hoping for tickets are able to get them!!

Last year it was about a month in advance if I remember correctly. I did the AK one last August - the only time a date has ever coincided with my trips. I don't see any matches in 2023.

These are such great DVC marketing tools. Look, they are great events but you have to pretty much already have a trip planned AND get tickets. To the kiosk sales person - look at these exclusive member events that give you an amazing time at the park at no cost.* Your Milage May Vary* lol
