I admit it. I'm excited! I saw all DVC nights were booked for Dec 13, so I grabbed one night at all stars sports to try to get tickets for this when the window opens on November 28. I've been wanting a Disney fix but could not justify the cost of park tickets or another AP right now. If I can get a couple of tickets for this Animal Kingdom Moonlight Madness, I'll use hilton points to book a few days in town and enjoy this as a mini vacation with some time Disney Springs and maybe a night of Disney fireworks as well as a morning or two at Universal before that AP expires. Fingers crossed!

Deep, technical question - If I booked three separate rooms using my points to take my family, would I be able to get everyone tickets to the party? Meaning, a room for me, a room for somebody else, and a room for yet somebody else, all with my points.
Animal Kingdom, huh? We were slated to go the AK party in Sept 22 but it got cancelled due to a hurricane ;(
lol

DVC MM registration is attached to the DVC Member and his/her reservation/room. The member can obtain up to 5 tickets (member + 4 guests: guests do not need to be on the member's ressie) or up to the number of people assigned to the member's ressie/room. The DVC Member that is listed as the DVC MM registrant must be present for any/all guests to enter party.

We would be talking about a total of seven people: wife + I (one reservation), four people on another reservation, and one more person on a third reservation. All made by me with my points. More than one contract, though. Nobody in rooms #2 or #3 are members, but I used my points for their rooms.

When I looked earlier today there were no DVC rooms to be had at WDW that night. I immediately waitlisted & suspect others have done the same. I get what you are saying. Might be worth a call to DVC to see what they say. I'm sure there is a way to do it, just not sure if simplest approach is doubling up the person in 3rd room to list them with you and DW or some other way.

As long as all reservations were made using your points, you can register for everyone listed on all room reservations. From the "Know Before you Register" section of the MM page: Members With Multiple Resort Reservations
If Members have multiple Resort reservations, additional party size guidelines apply depending on how the reservation was booked: - When staying using Vacation Points or Reservation Points, Members can register themselves and up to the number of individuals on their Resort reservation(s).
- When staying on your Interval International® Membership using cash or points, Members can register themselves and up to the number of individuals staying in the same room as the Member, per Membership.
- When staying on your RCI® Membership using cash or points, Members can register themselves and up to the number of individuals staying in the same room as the Member, per Membership.

A nice plus. Doubt I'll attempt it, but perhaps.
