I was putting together my new tech bag and realized I don't have my Magic Band+ charger. I must have left it in the room when I checked out in December.  I checked the Shop Disney site and it shows them as sold out. I don't want to show up in February and have a dead Magic Band, but I don't know of any other options. |

I saw them in the gift shops the beginning of December, $8.

Thanks, I know they have them in the gift shops, but that means I won't be able to charge it up until that night. I use my Magic Band to get in the room, get in the Parks, etc. I know I can use my phone, but I am not comfortable enough with the technology to be able to find what I need when I need it.

Your magic band plus will still work to let you in the room, parks, cage to your room.... it will not light up during fireworks or buzz when you pass by statues

Your magic band plus will still work to let you in the room, parks, cage to your room.... it will not light up during fireworks or buzz when you pass by statues So are the "plus" bands basically the old "traditional" bands with the addition of this other technology (buzzing, lights, etc) that has it's own rechargeable battery? Meaning the battery dies on the "plus" part and you still have the "traditional" normal band inside that. |

They will not work for ride photos though much like old bands won't when their battery dies. |

I guess I figured I would only need it while down here so need to take it home.  I have got to make better notes when I leave this time--will save me a lot of headache and stress. Looks like some bands are in the outlet shops at 19.99 If you buy them pre trip, there are some that are on sale too. They are cheaper that way too. Let’s see if it gets me into the park this time without going blue. I know that really has nothing to do with it either, but that’s what one CM told me. Also, the one at Jambo that said I needed a new band each trip.  |
