Looks good! We hardly spend time at DS but need to do more so we can try more.

Cool. We saw their construction walls when we were last there and, at the very least, the pictures looked good Hoping that they have a suitable happy hour so that we can visit them.
Cheers.

You can also make reservations on Open Table.

We made two sets of reservations for our Christmas/NYE trip. More than likely, we will cancel one set. That restaurant group has a great rep for quality restaurants.

I’m looking forward to trying this one. Probably won’t get there until next summer. But the pictures look nice.

Definitely will be there within the next few weeks. I quite enjoy their Vegas offerings of Mon Ami Gabi and the Eiffel Tower restaurant, both at the Paris casino resort.

Menu looks good but the prices seem too high. Maybe I don’t go out much but these prices seem out of whack.

Seen a couple of reviews from non bloggers.
Smallish portions for the price and very much over salted.
From looking at the menu it appears to be way to big and not specialising in anything. Just trying to cater to all.

Just trying to cater to all. Certainly sounds disappointing based on this. So many places are using salt in place of actual flavor. We'll check out the menu when we go but, if no happy hour, it will very likely be a pass compared to other options. Generic places are a dime a dozen.
Cheers.

The cookies look good from pics from our super insider here. I am unsure about the rest of the food. The reviews I read weren't bad but maybe they had better options than some. Portion sizes seemed more than fine for us from all I've seen. Most Disney portions are massive.

I'm sure the food is fine, but the menu is all over the place, like "let's throw a bunch of popular items on and see what sticks." Pasta, guacamole and sushi on the same menu?
We go to Disney Springs for dinner usually once per trip, mostly Jaleo, sometimes Morimoto. I can't see this new place making our "let's try it" list and not going to our usual spots.

I don’t know how the meals are, but I liked the cookies! I do have a sweet tooth. There was not a long wait either. It’s right across from Salt and Straw too to round out the food groups for a meal. I had the lemon for lunch and then bought the ginger snap for breakfast. Both were very good. They had a cup of cookies that allowed you to try all the flavors too. I tried the gingerbread ice cream at Salt & Straw too and it is very good. We will try lunch there in 2024. I don’t think they will cut into Homecomin’s business, but it’s nice to be able to get a dining reservation which is nearly impossible at Homecomin’ especially last minute. They don’t seem to have cut into the cult following over at Gideon’s either. Their chocolate chip looked very good and the cookies are chewy which is nice. They had another one that I might try on a day trip which looked like a chocolate crinkle.
