Just in case you missed it....the DVC membership website has been updated with your Maintenance Fee bill.
We cashed out all our accumulated gift cards over the weekend......kind of makes me sick seeing the bill. I will feel better on DEc 26, when I check into my GV for the week.

Yes! Noticed and slightly nauseous also. DH keeps saying we should think about selling but hotel prices are soooo high and, yes, we'll feel it's worth it when we checking into the Treehouses for a week in May. My next goal is the Cabins. I'm gonna see if there's any availability around our February 2025 cruise.when we hit the 7 month window.

What floors me more than the dues is the price of a deluxe resort room at WDW. I was pricing out October 2024 (as I will be short on points) for Food and Wine and couldn't believe that the Beach Club and Boardwalk were over $800/night for a regular hotel room. Since Food and Wine is a popular draw, I certainly understand that this might not be a great representation of the whole year. But I couldn't help but think "Wow! I can't believe they get enough people at $800+/night to fill these hotels." I ended up making a reservation at the Swolphin.

The average of my 4 contracts was a 7.5% increase. That is higher than I expected but with the push on wages and general inflation I suppose not totally unexpected.
Total dues up to $5877.89. I wonder when I will start trimming points. I have to believe my 150 BCV points would be valued by someone.

Somehow paying with gift cards feels like Monopoly money so I don’t get upset over it.

yeah, ours is 150 as well. DW loves BCV but said is happy to stay at BWV. I just wish I knew what they will do with them in 19 years.

Every year this leaves me happy we did a small contract. $530 for our Poly points for annual dues is about what I expected. We should still have just enough credit card points with capitol one to cover it. Here's hoping Poly II is part of the same association as recent hints seem to suggest and that the influx of new owners trims the inflation on annual maintenance fees for Poly going forward.

Slight preference for BWV, especially, Boardwalk View, but they're basically the same other than that. As we'll be 82 in 19 years, we won't care what they do with them
Cheers.

My annual dues for my CCV fixed week (118 pts.) are $951.00. I incurred a $4.00/month increase on autopay. I’ll take it! Truthfully, I haven’t paid dues for the last 5 years. They get paid out of my rental fees. But I will have to borrow for my family 2025 trip so will be paying those dues. I have significantly downsized.

Where can I go to compare this year vs last year cost? You can manually calculate your dues based on your points and last year mf cost.
-or-
check your dvc account on the website.

Hasn't bothered me nearly as much since I went to monthly It ain't pretty, though. On the other hand, allows for my frequent weekend escapes. I'll take it.
