Hi All,
We have multiple DVC contracts at OKW all with multiple owners. Now that the kids are adults we'd like to split the contracts giving ownership to single individuals. I know there is a wealth of knowledge on how to do this amongst folks here so I'm seeking your recommendations on Title Companies you would recommend and the overall process.
