Can I buy the ILL for Tron or Guardians if I don't have an MK (or Epcot) park reservation, in anticipation of hopping to MK (or Epcot) later in the day?

Yes - and park reservations are now only for AP, military and some kinds of group ticketing (like schools and conferences) so you may or may not need one to begin with depending. |

I have not paid any attention to the discussions on the new Poly tower as I have no intention of purchasing, but I have a friend who is looking at a Poly resale and I was wondering if it had been determined if current Poly owners can also book at the new tower when it opens?
I looked for the discussion on it and like a man standing in front of a refrigerator, when I didn't find it immediately, I gave up and decided to ask instead.

Another quick question. I have a one night stay at OKW before checking into Riviera for the rest of my stay. I am considering doing the dining plan for that one night and it includes the refillable mug. How long will that mug be good for? Can I still use it once I get to the Riviera? Not trying to beat the system, trying to determine if I can justify the cost of the plan or not. The mug might determine my decision.

Thank you for both, the information and for the avatar. I really do appreciate it, and yes, it suits me just fine. 
I think I will go for the Dining Plan for that one night and then I will have the mug to use for the rest of my trip-easier to refill at the Riviera and it should save me a good deal of money.

Are they still being lenient on return times for Guardians? Also, if they are being lenient...if you do get a VQ at the 7AM drop, does it expire/disappear at 1:00., if it's not used?  And lasty, for now, if we buy ILL for GotG, and don't use it, is it automatically refunded? or do we have to ask for it?? Reason for all of this, depending on how our travel Saturday goes, I am considering trying for a VQ at 7, and also buying an ILL, but it's highly unlikely we'll arrive until later afternoon. We've never been late on a VQ, but I read they're not strict on GotG, like they are on Tron. Any guidance appreciated. Thanks |

Tron is not at all like that. They are very strict like RotR was. There are currently no other rides or experiences that are using a VQ at this time |

In one (and only) experience on GotG as well as at least one on Tron, I was there early and they made me wait until at least time, not before at all.
