I sat in a spot close to there and they now block the lights to Connections and Creations. They are all coordinated with SSE. Most people probably don’t sit there that long to watch. I’m not shocked that the “architects” didn’t take to the “marketing” booth arm of The Mouse. Just like the movement of the smoking section outside MK to the walking path to The Grand. I'm pretty sure based on the shape of the pavement they were designed in from the beginning though. They just needed the area open so they didn't wait to finish. They are shorter than the trees too. Not sure they'll block that much? They will, but it’s don’t a huge deal. The trees block a lot too so add in these…it’s hard to see all the coordination of lighting. I just happened to sit in that exact spot in December. They are stuck back out of the way for sure. I was concerned about the metal walkway in that area. It is 100% not level and bumpy. Not sure how it is wet though. We haven’t been in the rain…yet! It’s not overly wide, but at exit in the dark it could cause a problem especially for people with mobility issues related to neuropathy. Being around my parents daily I notice stuff now I never would have before. |

And…I actually like the merchandise spread out and wish they would do it more so because then the resellers can’t buy in all.
Make them work for it!!!

I don’t really care what they put up, as long as they hurry up and get rid of every last stinking wall!!! I’ve felt more like a rat in a maze than a guest of the Mouse for several years now.

Um, those short, WIDE shirts don’t fit you any better than they fit the rest of us. 😁 And their last hoodies were hit or miss quality. Besides more magic bands and tumblers, what exactly are you going to buy, Missie? Thanks for reminding me, I have a Disney store package to open... may or may not have a hoodie and a magic band  (no tumbler) Glad those worked out!  |

Yes too many but at least to go from test track to the land I can go straight! That annoyed me far too much

Hi Brian5581, yes always the big spender …Enjoy ! Thankfully you have an abundance of blessings to be grateful for in your life journey. Not sure how much I’ve ever mentioned spending on over the years, but whatever. I most definitely have spent minimal amounts on Disney merchandise as it has had extremely limited appeal to me. At the same time I’m not one to prescribe boycotts or feel others should restrain themselves due to something I personally do not care for. Perhaps watching your own wallet/life instead of others would be well-advised… |

Brian I did not mean to imply anything personal . I have only been aware of many times you have enjoyed meet ups with fellow Mouseowners and MagicOwners with occasional snapshots provided. I always thought it must be fun to get together for real during so many visits on property.
I actually think of you frequently when I am at Universal , thinking how much you would love the Mardi Gras Parade .
You obviously have an appreciation for beauty and the performers and stiltwalkers and musicians are out in abundance before the parades and they are in some risqué outfits ! And love having their pictures taken with all the guests…I think you would be surprised !
Also think of brp when I walk from the resorts along the beautiful landscaping to CityWalk and realize an early morning jog for brp & his wife would be incredible .
I was just walking last week fromHard Rock Resort when the wind started blowing and the sounds of the tall bamboo trees on both sides of the sidewalks made an incredible musical sound . I had to stop to enjoy and again think Wow BRP would love this jog.
Finally I guess I overreacted with the booth announcement only because I was invited to attend the castmember preview for Moana Journey of Water and also arrived for the first day that the “ Park “was considered to be completed and have visited many times including visiting with Walt Disney the Dreamer . Everytime I have noticed something different for guests to,enjoy .
I am upset because I worry it will be too crowded to enjoy the lighting in the sidewalk for example .
I hope you both accept my apology for the misunderstanding.
