I agree. His friends should have told him to leave. What the birthday girl said to the server should have been said to him. I actually don't assume the birthday girl didn't try to tell him to bugger off prior and he simply didn't listen hence the being embarrassed. A manager should have stepped in quickly though. Not a single person issue to deal with out of control patrons. |

We have a friend who, when left by herself, will drink herself black. Luckily for her she's a very nice drunk. She knows she has this issue but sometimes she just will not help herself. One WDW vacation she called me. I chatted with her a few minutes, reminded her about our dinner reservation and said I was going to take a nap. She said that sounded like a good idea. At dinner, I asked her if she had a nap and she responded, "Yes. How did you know?" See. Black. I asked her why she didn't go with our youngest to the parks and she told me she didn't have the $ for park ticket, plus she loved the villa they had at PVB. Frankly, if she drank enough to black out, she over spent the $ for a park ticket. Some day I hope the penny drops but she 35y so I'm not holding my breath.

That poor young lady, that's awful. I"m glad she pressed charges. DD is still considering the Disney College program, and stuff like this just really makes me mad. All the crap that CMs have to put up with is terrible. That's true though in any customer service role.
