I once attended a marketing session at a convention and apparently the top "brand loyalty" companies that were pointed out in that session, and in no particular order... Apple Nike Dunkin Donuts Starbucks Trader Joe's Tesla Disney Harley-Davidson... those people get HD tattoos...lol

Costco is real...I know some real Costco fanatics. I like a good trip to Costco, but doesn't fall under brand loyalty to me. Disney Apple In the food theme - there's Pepsi vs Coke. Now, I'm a diet pepsi fan. Always extremely disappointed at Disney - no diet pepsi. I have friends who are brand loyal to coke. Like crazy will not drink or buy anything else soda related. I agree I like Diet Pepsi way better but I an not loyal because I also like Dr Pepper. We will only use Sherwin Williams paint. Lol Oh yes...I'm definitely a Coke person. I don't drink soda as much anymore, but if I do, I will only drink Coke. If a restaurant has Pepsi, I won't get a soda.

Nothing comes too close for me.
Somewhat close only Apple, though I likely have more Amazon items overall. Oh Amazon up there as well though most of their stuff isn’t of their own making.
Costco, too (though I like to wander Sam’s Club and BJ’s as well).
Coffee I ain’t too fussy (black), but it is indeed a necessity.

I think any brand you would get into an argument to defend falls under brand loyalty. 😉
In our family, that would be Apple Toyota Delta Disney sports teams (house divided!)
and our local representatives, Gold Star vs. Skyline.

For much of my life, my family drove Fords and flew American Airlines. I'm guessing many families remain loyal to one particular automotive group and one airline? (Did this whole 'loyalty' game start with the airlines??) Oh! What about laundry detergents or soaps? Anyone else grow up using only Tide detergent or Dove Soap? Maybe Irish Spring? or ... Yep, Dove here for me and my daughter! In all honesty, only went to it when the pediatrician told us to use it back in '84 and never have stopped. Now my mother is the Irish Spring fanatic, yikes...still smells like Lysol...and teen angst... to me! My kids dad was die-hard Ivory and I swear the smell alone burned my nose hairs! And I am a Pepsi person, if Coke is offered I will drink water instead!

Interesting thoughts. Apple is the only one I think I have as much loyalty to as Disney. Here in Ohio we have the Cincinnati-style chili and it's Skyline vs. Gold Star and people have opinions. I've only had Skyline, but I like it enough that I don't feel the need to try Gold Star Agreed. The others I've seen on lists here seem pretty much irrelevant. Only Apple is even close.
Maybe an airline of a car brand. Certainly not fast food places of grocery stored.
Cheers.

We are stuck on SWA and Toyota's. that being said had I been caught in any of SWA's latest snaffu's I am sure I would be considering a separation.

We did get caught by this, but I understand why it happened and what they're planning to do about it. We never did fly WN much, so nothing really to change. Maybe a few less, but they're still OK in some cases. and we got our 25K points each
We have to car loyalty. Between us we have a Saturn, Hyundai and Honda.
Cheers.

My car loyalty is to the "under $500" mark! I have bought them all. Although I will say, I lean toward the Japanese makers, in my experience at the $500 mark I tend to get more miles out of them before they have to go away.
I knew a guy who married into a family where the dad was a long-time GM union guy. They only were allowed to buy GM cars in that family. He admitted it was not the ideal situation, but he ended up liking his Impala with dark tinted windows. One time I told him, "you know you could get pulled over for having dark tint on your front windows like that." "I know, I've been told." By who? I asked. "By the police. But I think it looks cool"

I've never been in a Costco. Is it really that special? Serious question...
Ford Expeditions... I'm on my third one. Bear in mind, the first one is still parked in the yard waiting for and engine rebuild. Only has 300,000 on it. Perfectly good truck, still... That's my other brand loyalty.

I've never been in a Costco. Is it really that special? Serious question... Nope. Overall a very similar selection offering as Sam's Club and BJ's. Some of their name-brand (Kirkland) stuff a tad nicer quality. That said, I enjoy wandering around each. Give me air conditioning and I'm a pleasant nomad...
