3. Did you sell through a broker or DVC? Which broker? Why did you choose them? How was your experience selling through them? Does anyone sell their DVC contract through DVC/Disney? This and #4 feel stranger than the others. Are they looking to target brokers who do a lot of DVC resales business and figure out how to take some of that away or mirror their business models? Are they looking at which ones are most popular/successful to secretly buy out and run a resales business under that name? And #6 immediately triggered Admiral Ackbar's voice in my head: "It's a trap!"  The other questions seem focused around "how can we do better" but not sure how answering 3, 4, or 6 will help them improve the DVC experience for new or current owners. |

I knew someone "distressed" for a sale and asked Disney. I recently put an offer on a PVB contract where they were going to use Disney and Disney offered to take it but they realized they could make more elsewhere. |

I thought the same thing about #6! Actually the question may have been “ have you ever” rather than “ how often”. I don’t think they asked a specific number of times have you rented rather to whom. I was shocked they even asked a question about renting. |

I thought the same thing about #6! Actually the question may have been “ have you ever” rather than “ how often”. I don’t think they asked a specific number of times have you rented rather to whom. I was shocked they even asked a question about renting. I'm not really surprised. I'm not sure how many TS systems allow free form renting, but I know that HGVC, for example, do not allow renting except in very specific cases. I'm always surprised that DVC allows people to make a business of this and would not be at all surprised to see this curtailed or even eliminated. I see little benefot to them to allow this, maybe a little bit of point price elevation, but I can't imagine much.
We shall see.
