Some interesting possibilities here, Brayden usually has some decently credible rumors...
Radiator Springs Racers is on my top 10 rides/attractions overall in every Disney park worldwide, so I'd be excited for that, even if it doesn't have the town included.
I know some people don't want to get rid of Rivers of America, but I personally think it could be used for more.

Interesting rumors. I hope half of that stuff happens. Any expansion and new areas/attractions are welcome.

I will take Villains, but not the rest. Pixar belongs in DHS.

I am excited about Villains but not so much Cars. I will miss Frontierland if it goes away in its entirety.

I was not going to watch the link provided in first post… so glad I did Thank you , dougdisney for providing .
You should watch that too. Appreciate the reminder to “ Visit those endangered species” aka “ targeted rumors “ before Too late
. Splash Mnt will be Tianas Restaurant with Mardi Gras theme. USO makes a lot of money on Mardi Gras… USO also makes a lot of money on Halloween … I vote a Villains theme ..with another Castle. .
MK has Cinderellas and the Beast and Rapunzels Tower … Maybe a Frozen Tower since a new movie will be released. That would be really a different theme . A Frozen landscape. I do love all the snow at Universal Harry Potter theme. Olaf iis deserving..
What’s more important Disneys best corporate sponsor or Disneys biggest competition , for their planning decision? All the rumors sound very profitable.for Disney and popular,

I did see that.....changing the name still does make it "fit". And "Desert".....What the Frick is that? Suck lack of creativity and imagination....and for kicks, we will drop Villians next to it.
I truly do hope the video was just a made for "clicks" only.

If Disney really wants to wow, go all in on the villain theme for all 14 acres.
For the record, Carsland at Disneyland is 12 acres.

I would definitely vote for this - villain-themed land for all 14 acres!! There has been such a fan desire for a villain land (or whole theme park) for so many years that I'm somewhat surprised they haven't done this. I'm genuinely interested in why? Is Disney worried that it might not be family friendly enough? I could definitely see that as a justification for not building a whole park, but it would seem a land would be the happy medium.

As far as family-friendliness with a Villains themed land, there are plenty of movies/IP where the "villains" are comical buffoons so surely they could mix and match darker choices with more family-friendly lighter and funny ones. Heck, if they could have Snow Whites Scary Adventures in Fantasyland (yeah, I know they've toned it down and renamed it in DL), they could put some Emperor's New Groove, Aristocats, or <insert movie w/ funny villain> ride/attraction in a villains themed land. And, pick an IP that's less common or older and the younger generation just might think it's a new, original idea being used, lol.

For the record, Carsland at Disneyland is 12 acres. And, part of what makes the Cars ride so cool in DCA is it being part of that completely immersive Carsland. Walking down the main drag of Radiator Springs to go for a ride through the countryside or visit Mater or Luigi's attractions is part of the experience for us. It would seem "less" to pull that single ride from Carsland and plop it in MK. We might be in the minority too but one of the things we love about DL vs. WDW are the attractions and places you can only find in one and not the other and those that are the "same but different" vs. carbon copies. We look forward to Indy and Carsland (and crossing our fingers for Soarin over CA) and all the things that are different in DL when we plan trips there...it's part of the anticipation and excitement to know we'll finally get to see those favorites that we can't see in WDW.

I agree that there are family-friendly villains, but I don't think those are the ones fan are really thinking about when they are discussing a land or whole park. They are mostly talking about your mainstream ones like Ursula, Malificent, etc.

Wow! Interesting, but just rumors? I actually loved Carsland and found it so immersive and creative. It seems, though, that it would not have the entire street. I only went on Cars once, but I recall telling DH it was the best ride I could think of at Disney. Woody in that area seems so out of place and odd. Do not really have feeling either way with Villians. Glad I watched it and curious to know what will actually occur. Headed to WDW May and Nov so will appreciate those areas...just in case.
