Looking at these prices still amazes me that we could even now make money on BWV and BCV contracts that we bought 16 years ago for $80 and $85, respectively. Amazing in the TS business. Cheers. I feel you. While other older resorts start much lower, it's still pretty amazing. My original OKW was like $60 in 2004. It's the first I'd sell too and I'd do okay. |

Even though the taking back of contracts unnerved me a little I do realize Disney knows PVB will sell and if too low they will make sure resale doesn't dip too much. Just paid deposit on mine. I'll let you know when it goes to ROFR. Buying now as prices were starting to climb a little... 135 points June UY all points for 2024 & 2025 $155/point paying closing and MFs for 2024 There is now literally just 1 contract really available for June UYs. There is a 100 point at $180 but when I inquired about it the person didn't even understand DVC and said they'd direct me to an agent who would find me exactly what I was looking for. Uhhhhh pass. NIce contract. the tower is going to push poly prices up. |

Polynesian Villas and Bungalows ( original PVB), 120pt. contract, April UY. Stripped, no points for 2024, 1 pt. 2025. Accepted offer $125/pt. Buyer pays closing, seller pays estoppel fee and all annual dues for 2024 & 2025. Sent to ROFR on 4/19/24.
