ROFR’d on 4/29. This was a quick 10 day ROFR.

You are certainly on the low side of Poly resale. Disney has been exercising their ROFR on Poly contracts.....your might be tempting for them to take back.

Even though the taking back of contracts unnerved me a little I do realize Disney knows PVB will sell and if too low they will make sure resale doesn't dip too much. Just paid deposit on mine. I'll let you know when it goes to ROFR. Buying now as prices were starting to climb a little...
135 points June UY all points for 2024 & 2025 $155/point paying closing and MFs for 2024
There is now literally just 1 contract really available for June UYs. There is a 100 point at $180 but when I inquired about it the person didn't even understand DVC and said they'd direct me to an agent who would find me exactly what I was looking for. Uhhhhh pass.

I passed on some earlier ones where the owners were not willing to negotiate. So I totally see that as well. I was really surprised that these owners of this one took this offer that I gave them, because this was not their asking price. I figured I would come in under and if they wanted to negotiate I could think about whether I was willing to pay $160 a point or more, or not. But they responded a little more than 20 minutes from when I got the initial phone call from The TSS saying they got my offer and we're sending it to the buyer. It was pretty impressive lol I've done a few random offers here and there, but got more serious after our Riviera stay.

There are very few Poly resales left on the market at this time. Yes ppp is creeping up. It will be interesting to watch what happens with resale prices once we get more official info like room configurations, amenities, points chart.

I figure even if they offer $17 off we're still in the $200s to start. People are really going for PVB which is easy to understand why. Last I looked there were 32 total and a few I know are not legit.

Looking at these prices still amazes me that we could even now make money on BWV and BCV contracts that we bought 16 years ago for $80 and $85, respectively. Amazing in the TS business.
