If you go on the retail rental sites ie David’s, DVC resales look up as a renter and what your contract is. You can copy and paste and create yours for your rental. The old board you could search and pull it up. There are a few on dis boards again old, so you have to do the search on the site.
It’s not complicated, basically spells out the details. I do remember one of my renters, who is now a repeat renter. He is a partner in a large NYC law firm. I was almost embarrassed to send it to him. I prefaced by saying, please don’t laugh.
But it covers what is needed, you are getting this, you cannot do this blah blah. If it works for resale renters, then the saying keep it simple stupid comes into play, haha.

I have never used a rental agreement . I am lucky to be a repeat renter with owners I trust . I also just send a check the old way. One owner another powerful name partner in a big firm tells me they are not legally binding. I think renting is trickier now .
