Prior to checking in for tomorrow's flight, I checked the personal info for DW, DD and me in the Frontier app. They didn't have my TSA KTN showing. Grr. I added it, and even though I added it, it still didn't show as I was going through the check in screens. All good, it's on the boarding pass.

And, if this fails, I suggest contacting TSA on Twitter. I first did this in 2017, and then in 2019 for issues like this. And this was when Twitter presence for agencies like this was much newer. They were able to identify the issue, work with the airline to get us un-checked-in, fix the issue and then have us check in again where the issue was resolved. Great service. I imagine that, while it may be busier now, it will be at least as good.
Cheers.

That just happened to my daughter with United, luckily MCO was a ghost town at the time so she and my wife (I went through first with TSA Pre) just went through the standard TSA line. BTW it didn't matter that she had the TSA card with her, if it is not on the ticket you aren't getting through.
