Driving on 528 to MCO yesterday, I see a big white van driving somewhat erratically about 8-10 car lengths ahead of us, changing lanes unnecessarily from the right HOV lane to the left "regular lane", speed varying from 60-80, drifting out of its lane multiple times, almost hit another car. I'm in the left of the three non-HOV lanes and I move to the middle lane to stay clear of the van; as we pass it (it's in the HOV lane at this point), I see a Happy Limo sticker on the window and DW sees that the driver is on his phone. It's going 60-65 in the HOV lane. We're going around 75, so some distance gets created. About a minute later the van flies past us, had to be going close to 100 because we were doing 75-80 and it blew past us quickly.
We had a similar experience with Quicksilver years ago, when we hired them. Driver on the phone most of the way, weaving in and out of lanes, like he was going to get a bonus for how fast he got us to WDW.
