Are the crowds considerably smaller on the extended evening theme park hours at MK? The Disney site doesn't have Tiana's listed as an open attraction...or has it not be added yet?

Our experience was that the first hour was still fairly busy, as other guests were still wandering around. And for rides such as 7dmt lots of people had jumped in line just before closing.
We avoided the headliners at the start and went back later.
Not sure about Tiana.

I'll third the comments above. Earlier was not too bad, but definitely busier than the hours toward the end of the period.
Cheers.

I guess I've always been unlucky with extended evening hours. I've found the first hour easily just as busy as regular hours, and sometimes worse since many will get in line right before EEH starts. The start of the 2nd hour was slightly better but still with long wait times on the headliners. The last 30 minutes seemed to be the only time when I found wait times reasonable. But by that time, you could really only get in line for one headliner and then EEH would be over.
Maybe I've just been going at the wrong times of the year, but I've experienced it enough that I oftentimes don't care to stick around for EEH.

We were there 2 weeks ago when MK hours were to 11pm and EEH were 11pm-1am. We planned to go on Wednesday, but never made it, so we went to MK on Thursday. After HEA at 9:20 we had 1:20. We were able to get in Pirates, Peter Pan, and then Mine Train at the very end.
Looks like MK is only open to 10pm now, but if you skipped HEA, I'm thinking you could get 3-4 rides in the last hour not during EEH. I found that the day after EEH seems to be less crowded.

First hour is busy - but not as busy as during the day, second hour is good. Tiana is not open during evening magic hours - or at least it wasn't the three weeks we were there.

Hi, Another question about extended hours. Been checking daily, as Disney added days, for our October trip, and there are no extended hours that Wed or Thurs for HS or MK. MK I understand more as there are the parties going on, but last year, we'd done extended hours at HS, on a Thursday I think. But whatever, doesn't seem meant to be this year. But, that Friday, has extended hours at AK, 6-8. Anyone done extended at AK? just the deluxe extended, not the paid . Get much done? still pretty crowded?? it's very early hours compared to the other parks. which we've seen elsewhere, the earlier the hours in the evening, the more crowded it is. I was actually going to look at paying this year for an after hours event, since kids and I don't have any Disney tickets yet. I still might consider MNSSHP one night.....decisions.....I am going to make some this weekend for which night to do HHN at Universal, since now Disney has nothing on that Wed/Thurs....we're disappointed there wont' be any those nights, but maybe AK will be nice.
