Currently in Amsterdam. They have a “Soarin” experience here called “This is Holland” and it is excellent. Quite a bit Ionger and more educational but otherwise very similar to the Soarin experience. Highly recommend!

This sounds great!
I miss the days when Epcot Center was "more educational".

They have something like this in Vegas. We have not done it as yet, but it did look interesting.
Cheers.

Chicago has a new one on Navy Pier. Mall of America also has a ride like this.

I looked up the one at Mall of America. They are currently doing a type of "Soarin Africa", sounds like it could be cool. Then it says price: Adults $23.99
I'm like...it better be more than 2.5 minutes

I assume the patent on the ride technology has expired. The one in Amsterdam was very well done. It’s an included attraction in the tourist city card, otherwise I think it’s about 25 Euro. The card works out to a pretty good deal if you do a few museums, canal tours and other attractions

Sounds enjoyable. Will look into it on my next visit, hopefully soon.
