Frontier family pooling

Does anyone here use Frontier family pooling, and if yes, have you used it recently?  We have a little over 20K points in our pool, but the website is not recognizing our pooled points when i am booking a flight.

Someone posted a work around on Flyertalk a while back, but that didn't work for me.
