The title makes you think random strangers grabbed a child, threw it in the bathroom, and locked the door for the duration of the flight. (clickbait)
The story says that the child was flying with grandparents, and when the child wouldn't stop crying and grandparents couldn't do anything, they agreed to let someone take the child into the bathroom and sit with them, saying "we will leave when you stop crying."
Two very different stories.

Definitely just clickbait. I see shit like this all the time in the daily travel blogs I get. With the occasional useful nugget thrown in. I generally don't fall for the bait in cases like this.
