I wasn’t a big fan of the wave, I don’t eat seafood and it was quite dark, but I did get to try Sk71 during destinationD and the steak sandwich was really good and reasonably priced

I always get the Y & Y quick serve burger when I'm at AK. However, I don't think of it as large rather just a regular size burger. Never had the burger at the sit down so maybe it's bigger there. We've never eaten at the QS outside Y&Y but the burgers we had inside were a good size. Bigger than Steakhouse 71 and unlike Steakhouse 71, these burgers weren't the smashed type stacked burgers. Normal large patty with differen't choice of toppings. One came with mushrooms and the other with a type of slaw. |

We've been once soon after it opened, and it was great. We have another reservation for the end of January. We like what they've done with the place.
The best part is that they kept the "bacon and eggs" and the cheesy grits, which were our favorites at The Wave.

We enjoyed our one dinner at steakhouse 71. Reasonably priced, good service and our food was delicious. My husband said the vodka martini was tiny so he’s sticking with beer next time. We have a dinner reservation for February and we are looking forward to it!
We were fans of the Wave too so I was glad we liked steakhouse 71
