Hello, I still have my DVC member cards. I don't have it on my phone. What do I have to do?

I still have mine, just for fun! Multiple copies I think, plus there are temporary ones they printed us at the SSR sales center, I also have my Tables in Wonderland thing in the little folder/wallet they would give, and all my AP cards from when they actually had cards!
Yay!

If you use the Disney App, you have the card too. Your DVC membership should be listed under your profile.

It's just your member number which may or may be eligible for perks or not. Some CMs have taken this but it's not valid for proof. I still have mine, just for fun! Yay! I have both my original card from over 20 years ago and the last one they sent out too. I haven't done TIW since the rename but I think my DDE stuff is long gone. I had some old AP cards but after a few decades of using them (with little time off not using them) I stopped saving them. I still have some old key cards but not all. I do have my pilot's license and driver's license from monorail and the speedway

I use to carry around my 50th Anniv Blue member card in my wallet and every time a CM would spot it they'd tell me it was 'no good'. I just liked it.

When they first went digital, it was very confusing what the CM wanted to see. Each CM told me a different thing. But now, it's pretty consistent. I show them the mobile pass in my apple wallet. That tells them what perks you can get.

And yes, I think at first some were trying to use this and there was no consistency, and then training told them it wasn't a valid proof since it didn't show what kind of membership status you had. At first I showed my wallet or downloaded a digital card to show them. That worked well but now I haven't done the latter in ages.

Oh yeah I forgot about the "Keys to the World" room key cards from before we were DVC! Got some of those, too, we used to keep each and every piece of paper, including the door hanger on your second-to-last day with the picture of Mickey in the Driver's Cap for the DME, so sad to see that one!

I couldn't get it to load into my google wallet, so when I called Member Services they told me to get a screen shot of the digital card and use that. Nope, I was told a few times that wasn't valid. I would open the dvc website and show them straight from the website, nope. Not valid. Now that it's in my wallet, I have had a few times the CM ask what am I showing them and why. I miss the blue card.

I miss the blue card. I understand not having people have access to a card after selling - which is what the very old card holders did. But I do not for the life of me understand why the digital card isn't good in any place. They offer it for a reason....
