We are booked at HHI in March but did not get all dates we wanted. I have a waitlist but if we do not get what want any ideas of a good place to stay close by? We are going by the flights so a night or 2....ideas???

If you are flying into SAV, there is a new Drury Inn Pooler Ga. If you need the first or last night of your stay.
If on the island, check cash rates at Marriott Vacation club, GrandeOcean, Surfwatch orBarony Beach.
All are ocean front resorts. I like the Courtyard close to Coligny, but very expensive rates, unless points.
The Springhill is closer to Shelter cove and rates are great, but the location and view is industrial adjacent.
I have found the accommodations on HHI to always be very clean even if dated.
Also call Ms and check member cash rates and availability in conjunction with waitlist.
