Ok, I differ with my actual dues cost vs what they are showing for 2024.. What I paid vs what they are showing: VGF: $7.8766/$7.5740 BCV: $8.8228/$8.6256 BWV: $8.7237/$8.6711 SSR: $8.1397/$8.1388 Not sure what the discrepancy is... But their 2024 info is off. |

I think this has to do with the adjustment they make each year for the paid estimated property tax and what the actual amount of the property tax was billed.

I have quietly decided that once I give my kid and his friends spring break trip in 2026 for their senior year, that I will be selling off or just renting out OKW. I've had mine over 20 years and the repeated 6% is getting tough to swallow. Especially when looking at the price I paid in 2004. I only paid $60 a point so anything I get back is worth it. I got a lot of years out of that contract though. |
