The DVC sliders thread reminded me that the amazing filet sliders with pretzel buns were removed from the City Works menu.
I was depressed.....

Get the Lil Brg at STK during their happy hour. A bit larger than slider size and fabulous.

Thanks for the suggestion. We are trying to find new places. So many of the menus have been changed and my faves are gone. Feeding DH can be a challenge too  |

One time I took hamburger and rolled it out with a rolling pin between plastic wrap to an even thin sheet, sprinkled salt over it, cut it into squares with a pizza cutter and cooked them in a skillet for about a minute each...turned out good. On some of those little square buns.

It's during the Happy Hour, weekdays only. Forgot the exact hours, but something like 3:30-6:30ish (check the website). Bar and bar area.
it may be on the regular menu as well, but I'm cheap and want it at Happy Hour prices
And, by the way, all STK locations have these Happy Hours, AFAIK. Details vary a bit, but not much.
