Hi Peeps  Glad to see all our good Friends Here, But I just saw the original MO officially shut down, Cool tribute to Kim’s grandmother Question for the group : We’re (Sharon and I) are going to stay at Saratoga Springs for the first time next month, What is the best way (using WDW transportation) to go from Saratoga to the Poly ? Stacey congrats to Penn St. just beat my Hoosiers to advance to tomorrows Championship Game (Jerry Congrats to Alabama) Also I need my emojis , What button do I touch to bring up the Emoji s. Thxs (I only see the Emojis when I hit the edit button) Have a good weekend everyone |

Hi Karl!! Love how many emojis you add - would know it was you without reading. If you have a car I think driving would be the easiest from SSR to Poly. We used the car all the time - except for MK when staying there. I think Google told us our destination was 12 minutes away - no matter where we were going!  |

Hi Patty  Thanks for the info  and Yes I’ve always like the Emojis Ha ha We’ll use Uber or Lyft from MCO, so we’ll just use them to go to the Poly, We don’t have Poly ADR (can’t get them so far) so we’re going to try the join wait list for O’hanas. We went last May With Granddaughters, but never tried the join wait list. (Didn’t want the girls to have to wait). Have you used the join wait list for Dinning yet ?  Only staying at Saratoga for 3 days then going on Wonder of the Seas cruise out of port Canaveral   We’d use the bus to Transportation and Ticket center, but I didn’t see any buses there last May. Maybe we’ll take a bus to MK and Monorail to Poly |

Keep trying for ‘Ohana, I’m confident it’ll appear. I’ve used the join waitlist option a couple times (not there, though). If available it’s generally pretty good at getting you seated within an hour. If not available however you are screwed. Though asking nicely never hurts. Cute kids will likely help you too, ha.
Fastest way from SSR to Polynesian using Disney transportation would be bus to Magic Kingdom and then boat or monorail to Polynesian. Uber/Lyft will be faster, almost definitely, but “free” is free.
Park buses will stop at both Congress Park and Springs stops. Congress Park will be quickest walk to Disney Springs. Springs section will be closest to boat to Disney Springs.

Keep the good thoughts coming because our 8:30am flight with AA was delayed to 3PM. Poop.... Pixie Dust! Our flight still is on time! Our flight still is on time!  Well, it turned out that our flight was delayed because the crew was at their flight max and they couldn't fly for 8 hours. So I guess the delay was justified - although it kinda took a chunk of the first day of our vacation. About an hour before the delayed flight time, I was standing by the window checking the weather (possibility of snow!) and the pilot was eating his lunch. Pilot mentioned that he was happy AA found another plane!! OMG!! We ended up on a international style airbus. Because the delay was AA's issue we could upgrade our seats for free so we flew in the premium economy seats, which were nice and cushiony along with being wider. We were the only flight that day to be delayed = my kinda luck. |
