So my BWV standard view plans for post NYE seem thwarted (the rooms appear to be taken out of service) and now I'm thinking of using my BWV points at AKV.
Specifically I want a 2BR SV at Jambo House Jan 1-5. I'm assuming that is not a popular marathon resort.
Is it easy to grab this a 7 months?

We had our choice of a 2BR SV at Kidani Village or at Jambo House at the 7 month mark for April 2023.

I don’t know the answer to this really since it’s marathon time, but Kidani will obviously be easier than Jambo. I’ve been watching standard studios at Jambo for another date in October and they seem to be holding out much better than last year.
If your choices are Jambo or moving to another big resort like OKW & SSR, I’d try Kidani first just because of the bus transportation.
We were okay with a standard view at Kidani in the “winter” because the daylight is decreased so much that there isn’t much to see anyway. We wanted the 1BR there for the 2 bathrooms when we went as a 4-some.

No dedicated 2 bedrooms make it tough at Jambo. Kidani a lot easier.

I am not sure how much of a difference this makes, but race weekend in 2024 is later - January 11-14, 2024. |

I am not sure how much of a difference this makes, but race weekend in 2024 is later - January 11-14, 2024. Oh, that is great news. I thought it was ridiculous that they rushed right after NYE. Maybe some of the Xmas decorations will stay up longer instead of being removed to make way for the races. |

Yikes! Looks like the dates on my calendar are for the Disneyland Marathon... So sorry - it IS January 3-7... Again, sorry for that!
