Just returned from a long weekend trip with my mom and sisters. Festival of the Arts was very cool. HOWEVER, the My Disney Experience app kept crashing constantly! Other folks I talked to mentioned the same thing. It couldn't pull up my future plans, didn't want to show my room reservation, wouldn't let me modify my restaurant reservation. I kept logging into the website from Chrome on my phone. Super annoying...

I had that once. Real PITA. I think they do updates and fail to test all platforms well enough.

Maybe somebody figured out they could save man-hours by not wasting time testing their code...why bother, just release it and let all of us do live-time testing.

I was there this past week too. We had problems with screens and links disappearing or failing to load numerous times on MDE. In addition, a few times times the program logged me out but didn't tell me that I had to log in again, so I just looked at a moving circle on the screen until I finally figured out that I needed to log in. Very frustrating. This was probably the worst experience I have had using MDE.

yes! this was our worst experience ever! It didn't even show my resort or dining reservations. Super frustrating when I needed to move a reservation...
