Allegiant Airlines — checked bags increased to 50 pounds

I just received an email that Allegiant Airlines increased their weight limit on their checked bags to 50 pounds.  Doesn’t seem like it would make that much difference being at 40 pounds, but it does.  I didn’t check to see if the price went up however.

Some places I fly, they are the only non stop and those places are $800+ to get to on other airlines.
