We have a trip booked in May and wanted to extend it 1 more day. Of course at this point it’s totally booked up, but I looked again, and magically the day we wanted was available! So if anyone in here released May 6th in a 2 bdrm, Thank You!

Speaking of, I've made multiple reservations minutes apart, and the confirmation number is thousands and thousands different. If I assume that each person making a reservation gets a successive number, like 741, 742, 743 etc, that implies that in the handful of minutes it took me to make my second reservation, several thousand other people all around the world have made reservations.
So I tell myself that if I want to get a certain day, like add a Friday or something, I could theoretically "stalk the rat" with an infinitely short sample time and in those thousands upon thousands of reservations being made, surely someone is cancelling a delicious OKW on a regular interval.
