Forgive me if I am posting in the wrong section.
We will be staying in a VGF resort room for our upcoming May trip. Someone on this board kindly advised several months back that we can request mattress toppers as we are accustomed to very soft mattresses. I'm not quite sure how or when to make the request. Do we request it upon check-in or call Member Services in advance? Has anyone been granted two toppers for their stay? Thank you for any guidance offered.
