The Scenario..
Taking DW to Loire Valley for her delayed 50th trip originally planned for 3 years ago but ...amended thanks to Covid lockdowns. Since it is 3 years late our DD is now turing 16 this year and her request is DLP...
So, at the end of our trip we will now have 3 nights in Paris in addition to our time in Loire so DD can see Paris and go to DLP. While DW and I have done a week in Paris before, we have never done DLP.
We have found a Bus group that we book to take us from Paris to DLP and Back. So transport is arranged. I do think we arrive after opening but do get to stay through fireworks. I know my DW will research but would love your guys takes on how we should plan our day at DLP. What to prioritize and what to maybe not prioritize. We will be there the End of May or maybe even June 1. Hot?

I did 2 days at DLP in May 2022. Personally my favorites were getting to do Catastrophe Canyon again but cars styled, their version of Pirates of the Caribbean, the Crush Coaster ride, and their version of Big Thunder since it's out on the island but you load on the main land. Unfortunately space mountain was closed while we were there. But it's a beautiful park and we just used the lightning lane liberally to make sure we fit everything in.

I know you said you’ve found a bus to get there and back, but the RER runs every 15 minutes from early in the morning to late at night if you want to use that.
From what I’ve gleaned from experienced DLPers, these are my tips:
Their old style Fastpass system was tiered and gave several choices. I think the new system is pretty much “do you want to pay to skip the line, click here for yes”. So ILL for all rides that are included, with virtual return times for stand-by lines if they get too long (dismissed as unsuitable for WDW).
You need a park reservation in advance to be able to enter.
Avoid the weekends, from Friday to Sunday if at all possible.
I think the must-dos would be Big Thunder, Phantom Manor, “Space Mountain”, Pirates, Indy (full inversion coaster) Crush’s coaster and Remy to see how it should have been themed. And the walk-through Castle of course, Alice’s labyrinth. And the Marvel ride which opens soon.

Big Thunder Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain!!!
It's one of my favorites at WDW so if you like it, the DLP version is the best by far in all of the Disney parks (including Asia)
It's been 8? years since I went.
Phantom Manor is interesting, it's a little more haunted and creepy than the WDW version which is more whimsical.
Ratatouille is the same, and if it wasn't at WDW I'd say it would be a must, the end is cooler because you finish at Chef Remy's TS restaurant
where you can look into the restaurant through floor to ceiling glass walls.
Space Mountain is more extreme, it wasn't Star Wars themed when I went though.
Go see the dragon under the castle.
The only places I remember eating was Toad Hall(see my avatar) and Agrabah Cafe, which was a decent buffet. We went with something we couldn't find at WDW.
The night time fireworks were really good when I was there but the show is different.
If you go into Walt Disney Studios I'd do Crush's Coaster, it's very unique.

Thanks guys. I will look at the RER. We are staying about 10 mins away from Tour Eiffel in the 7th Arrondisment so not sure of train connections from there but I do not want to miss the fireworks and drone show so the RER would be a good solution.
