Anyone able to snag tickets to this years event...
just curious as I personally hate the random virtual queue random selection process that all Disney events seem to be so fond of
so I am adding a poll (lol if I can figure it out)

Good job on the poll!
We're visiting WDW the following weekend. Since our dates didn't align, we didn't even try. Never been to a D23 event though, would like to do that sometime!

Nope, shut out again. Virtual queue finally let me in and showed only general tickets sold out, but then once I clicked on purchase tickets both were sold out. Damn thing. Oh well, saves me $400-$600...

Curious if you don’t mind answering- how many browser’s/devices did you have going? i cannot stand these virtual random place holders - although I understand the need for them and cant offer any other solution. They just don’t seem fair. |

They just don’t seem fair. My daughter and I have always said we need a new fandom, but I think every "hobby" has a following and tickets sales or merchandise is nuts. We worked at getting her slots for a bourbon tour in KY last year and it was harder/worse than anything we have experienced for Disney. I guess one of the places there people wait in line for hours to buy bourbon in one location and limit how many you can buy in a time period. |
