Hi Jen, the sheet is not up to date. This site is working on getting the RTB board going. Waiting on Helenabear to finalize it. Message me if you would like the contact info of a reputable owner. She has lots of points to rent.

OMG, how I moved into the quote I don't know - Yeah it does that, if you are in "Preview" mode and you are like me and type something and then hit one too many backspaces, it sends you up into the quote box above and there's no way out. Maybe there is a way out, I dunno. You can also use the arrow keys to get up there by accident, too. But if you use the "BBCode" mode you can put your cursor AFTER the "[/quote]" which makes it so you are typing AFTER the end of the quote above. Then you could easily click back to "Preview" mode if you wanted. I've learned to use the BBCode because it allowed me to quote the thing you said, rather than quote your thing and the thing you quoted and the one before that. But sometimes I hop back into the Preview mode to make sure everything looks alright.

We had to claim rental income for 2022 taxes. I keep a spreadsheet for my own purposes but what he wanted was nuts. It is difficult for someone who doesn't understand the DVC point system to understand how it works. He was asking me (didn't know this in advance) where the rental income came from, i.e. what "points" but I told I couldn't provide that retrospectively. I had to deliniate how I received the payments and when. I do note what general points I use and the UY but I have multiple UYs and contracts. I think he was thinking like a traditional timeshare. I also had to provide any purchases last year, cost, closing fees, etc. I will be keeping much more detailed records!

You can even make BB code the default which is what I do. Yeah I did that too...if I'm doing something unusual or maybe I'm a little unsteady at that moment I like to then click the Preview mode as a way to make sure it came out right...if not I just back out and try it again.

How can I make BB code the default? I wil peruse in my profile. Also, when I choose the quick reply the font is really really small when initially composing the post. Ugg.

When I still had an active AP, I would often browse the ads on the old RTB and think, hmm... I could do that! Just a few days. No one would miss me... OMG, how I moved into the quote I don't know - for G&G I was checking out the AP hotel discounts and they're 35% & 30% which gives a desirable hotel location for ~ $300/n
It's easy to start typing on the wrong line. No worries! I really do use that AP discount at certain times of the year. I'm a "thrifty" DVCer...
